Hotel Zeeuws Licht

In Dishoek, at the foot of the dunes lies the 4-star Hotel Zeeuws Licht. The luxurious rooms, suites and apartments are set out in three buildings, each with its own unique character. The buildings are named after painters who captured the glory of Zeeland's light in the last century: Chabot, Mondrian and Toorop. We welcome you for lunch and dinner in the à la carte restaurant Chabot, where you will be surrounded by delicious flavors and pure luxury. All rooms have coffee and tea making facilities, air conditioning, a large box-spring bed, a sitting area and a spacious bathroom. Most rooms also come with a balcony or terrace. The rest of the rooms' furnishings vary by type and building. If you book your stay with us, you will have free use of a parking space and WiFi.

Hotel Zeeuws Licht is characterized by its sublime location. You can walk from your accommodation towards the dune crossing, to the beautiful southern beach (200 meters). Dishoek is surrounded by dunes and forests and is known for its golden, sandy beaches. The perfect place for long walks or sport activities like cycling in nature. Do you want to enjoy the sun, the sea and the lively beach clubs? Or go out to Vlissingen on one of our rental bikes and grab a terrace on the boulevard? All the possibilities and facilities make for the perfect base for a short stay on Zeeland's coast.

Very close by! Turn left at the hotel. After 100 metres, you will reach the dunes. If you turn left, you will reach the dune crossing at Strandpaviljoen Vloed after 350 metres. If you turn right, you will reach the dune crossing at Strandpaviljoen Kaapduin after 350 metres.

Absolutely! Our Restaurant Chabot is the perfect place to enjoy a bite and a drink. Take a look at the menu and opening hours, and book your table.

You can park for free on the hotel premises from 3 pm on the day of arrival until 11 am on the day of departure. There are also charging points in the car park for electric cars. You can find more information about parking at the hotel here.

Dogs are welcome on request. We have a maximum number of dogs allowed in the hotel. Dogs are only allowed in the Deluxe Room, Superior Loft and V.I.P. Suite 4p, with a maximum of one dog per room. You can make your request when booking. If our maximum has been reached, unfortunately your dog will not be able to stay with you. We will inform you of this as soon as possible after you have made your request. If you have any questions, please contact our reception.

Of course! Hotel Zeeuws Licht is a great choice for families. We can provide a cot in your room for a fee. Please let us know when you make your booking. The cots are suitable for children up to 2 years old. It is not possible to add an extra single bed to the room.

Are your children a bit older? If so, why not choose one of our four-person rooms: Deluxe Suite 4P, V.I.P. Suite 4P or Superior Suite 4P.

In the surrounding area, you can enjoy the beach and the dunes, as well as discover charming villages and towns such as Domburg, Veere and Middelburg. There are also plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling and exploring the Zeeland coast. Explore the area and be amazed by all there is to do.

The hotel has a lift and all rooms are wheelchair accessible. We do not have any officially designated accessible rooms, but some of our Junior Suite Royale feature an adapted toilet and washbasin. The Superior Loft is less suitable due to the bed being on a raised platform. Please feel free to contact us to discuss the options.
