House rules Kloeg Collection

In the regulations below, you will find the main house rules that apply within Kloeg Collection. By placing a reservation, you agree to our house rules.

General house rules

  • Kloeg Collection's house rules and verbal instructions from its staff should always be followed.
  • We respect the privacy of our guests, but we are authorised to enter your room if the house rules are not followed.
  • Damage, loss or destruction of Kloeg Collection property will result in immediate removal, liability and/or reporting to the police.
  • In case of fire, stay calm. Report fire to reception and/or strike the nearest fire alarm.
  • In case of fire, do not use the lifts under any circumstances.
  • In the event of a general fire alarm, leave the premises immediately.
  • Between 23:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, it should be quiet in the accommodations of Kloeg Collection. Noise pollution will not be tolerated.
  • Please observe the maximum number of persons per room or suite. Due to fire safety reasons, no more than the stated number of people are allowed to stay in a room. Some locations offer space for placing an extra (baby) bed. If this is not the case, unfortunately no extra person can stay in the room. If you stay in a room with more persons than the maximum number of persons allowed, we ask you to leave the accommodation immediately. Paid charges will not be refunded.
  • You can check out until 11am, unless otherwise agreed. After this time, we can enter and check the room. Kloeg Collection reserves the right to charge an additional fee when using the room later than 11:00. Only after paying this fee will access to the room be granted again.
  • The Nederlandse Bank charges a handling fee for depositing denominations of 200 and 500 euro, for this reason we charge 2% handling fee per note. We prefer you to pay by pin or credit card. It is not possible to pay with 200 and 500 euro notes in our restaurants.
  • Due to identification requirements, you must be able to present valid identification of the party with whom you are staying at our accommodation at the time of check-in. Persons under 18 years of age must stay together with a parent or guardian.
  • You are not allowed to receive other persons in Kloeg Collection's accommodation. If other guests are found in the room, we will ask you to leave the accommodation immediately.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the accommodations of Kloeg Collection. If we establish that smoking is taking place in the room, we will charge a cleaning fee of € 175.00. If the fire alarm goes off due to smoking in the room or negligence, we will charge € 275.00.
  • The use, trading or possession of narcotics (in any form) is prohibited. When using and dealing drugs, the hotel management will involve the police, and may proceed with removal without refund.
  • We do not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18.
  • There are cameras in various places within the building. Anyone who is in our hotel consents to recordings being made. In the event of calamities and/or incidents, these recordings may be shown to third parties as supporting material.
  • Lost property must be handed in at reception.
  • The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of your belongings.
  • The management, the owner of the accommodation and/or persons working for the hotel cannot be held liable for any injury and/or material or immaterial damage suffered by visitors to the location.

IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO

  • Block emergency exits or using them as normal entrances and exits.
  • Take hotel property outside the building. Deliberate damage to hotel property may result in liability for repair and/or renewal costs.
  • Consume, use, deal or carry narcotics.
  • Use and/or carry nitrous oxide during your visit to our hotel. If nitrous oxide is found in the room, you will be asked to leave the hotel immediately. Paid charges will not be refunded.
  • Rent the room in your name without staying in the room yourself.
  • Stay in the room with more than the permitted number of people.
  • Receive paid guests in the room for the purpose of sexual activities.
  • Cause nuisance to others through loud music, obnoxious behaviour or noise of any kind.
  • Smoke in the entire building. If we find that people do smoke, we will be obliged to charge €175.00 for cleaning. If the fire alarm goes off due to smoking, you will be charged the fire brigade's call-out fee of €275.00.
  • Spread confetti in your hotel room, if we find this we will charge you €50.00 cleaning costs.

In all cases where you do not provide these house rules, the hotel management will decide.
