Hotelboot Koningin Emma

The motor vessel Koningin Emma was built in 1933 and is therefore, with her rich history, a unique boat. ‘ The Emma’ is converted into a luxury hotelboat with 10 deluxe rooms which is docked at the Houtkade in the inner harbour of Vlissingen. This is the very same spot where the boat was once built.

From the accommodation, you can walk directly to the city centre of Vlissingen. This city is characterized by its history, the charming boulevard and the beautiful beach area. It is the ideal place for a lovely walk or an active bike ride through the dunes.

There is no reception. The nearby Hotel de Timmerfabriek takes care of check-in, check-out and key delivery.

During your stay you can enjoy a delicious breakfast every day. Depending on the number of guests, we serve breakfast on board. If breakfast is not served on board, you can enjoy a breakfast buffet at Hotel de Timmerfabriek. For dinner we would like to welcome you in Gastrobar de Timmerfabriek.

We do not have our own car park. However, subject to availability, you can park at the nearby car park at a reduced rate. We will arrange this for you when you check in. It is not possible to reserve a parking space in advance. You can find more information about parking here.

No, Hotelboot Koningin Emma serves breakfast on board only. However, you can visit the neighbouring Gastrobar de Timmerfabriek for a cocktail, lunch, speciality beer or dinner. Take a look at the menu and opening hours, and book your table.

We do have an honesty bar, stocked with a variety of soft drinks and snacks.

The breakfast buffet is served on board the Hotelboot Koningin Emma. In some cases, breakfast may be served at the nearby Hotel de Timmerfabriek. In that case, reception will let you know.

Unfortunately, due to space constraints, it is not possible to fit a cot or extra bed in the cabins.
