The inner city of Vlissingen is definitely worth visiting. After all, you can shop and eat very well here.

From beautiful vintage clothes for yourself or for someone else to the most beautiful jewelry and the tastiest perfumes. Between shopping you can visit one of the restaurants for a quick coffee stop, extensive lunch and a delicious dinner. One of the most popular and pleasant places to visit is the Bellamy Park. In the summer months the park is full of cozy terraces and in the evening the cafes overflow with conviviality and live music. In the winter months, the umbrellas give way to a heated wooden terrace. Also called the "Winter Houses. The park is also the stage for many of the festivals and events held in Flushing every year. The best-known events held here are the annual fair and and the liberation festival. The Bellamypark is also home to the Iguana reptile zoo.

Sustainable travel by public transport

Hotelboot Koningin Emma is easy to reach by public transport. NS railway station Vlissingen is about a 22-minute walk from the hotel. Here you can also rent an 'OV-bike'. In the NS-app you can easily check in advance how many bicycles are available at the station. The bus stop Scheldeplein (Centrum) is an 8-minute walk from the Hotelboot.
