  • The reception team at Hotel Philippe Suites is on hand to assist you both during the day and in the evening. In the evenings, we make use of innovative technology: you will be assisted by a holographic reception, staffed by a team of real employees. In the evenings, they will assist you and ensure you have a comfortable stay.
  • During your stay at Hotel Philippe Suites, you can make free use of our WiFi network
  • While making your reservation, you agree to our house rules. Read our house rules here.
  • You can check in from 15.00 on the day of arrival using the self check-in kiosk.
  • On the day of departure you can check out until 11:00 h
  • At Hotel Philippe Suites, breakfast is available as an optional extra. Every morning at 8:00 a.m., a fresh breakfast basket is placed outside your hotel room door. The basket contains two freshly baked bread rolls, a croissant, a chocolate roll, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, and a selection of cold cuts and cheese (per person). It is not possible to customize the contents of the breakfast basket.
  • Upon arrival at Hotel Philippe Suites, the beds are made and towels are provided. Your suite is cleaned weekly and we also take care of the final cleaning at the end of your stay. There are no extra charges for these services.
  • You can park your car close to Hotel Philippe Suites: read more about parking.
  • Dogs are allowed at Hotel Philippe Suites on request, as we apply a maximum number of dogs per room type. We have a maximum number of dogs per night. When our maximum is reached, your request will be rejected. You will be informed about this as soon as possible after your booking. If you have any questions about this, please contact our reception. Only possible on the ground floor and not allowed in the Wellness Suite and Deluxe Suite with Bath.
  • Hotel Philippe Suites offers baby cots. A cot can be placed on request for a fee; €9,50 per night.
  • There is an elevator in Hotel Philippe Suites.
  • Dogs and other animals are not allowed at Hotel Philippe Suites.
  • Spoken languages: Dutch, German and English.

Booking conditions

  1. You may cancel free of charge up to 1 day before the reservation date.
  2. In case of cancellation within 24 hours before the reservation date or in case you do not show up (no-show) 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

Are you taking your bike with you?

Hotel Philippe Suites has a bicycle shed where the bicycles can be stored. There is also the possibility to charge your e-bike batteries in the shed.
