Practical Information
Are you staying at Hotel Philippe Suites in Philippine? Read on for some practical information to help you prepare for your stay:
- During your stay you can make free use of our WiFi network
- While making your reservation, you agree to our house rules. Read our house rules here.
- You can check in from 15.00 on the day of arrival using the self check-in kiosk.
- On the day of departure you can check out until 11:00 h
- Breakfast is available as an optional extra. Every morning at 8:00 a.m., a fresh breakfast basket is placed outside your hotel room door. The basket contains two freshly baked bread rolls, a croissant, a chocolate roll, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, and a selection of cold cuts and cheese (per person). It is not possible to customize the contents of the breakfast basket.
- Upon arrival, the beds are made and towels are provided. Your suite is cleaned weekly and we also take care of the final cleaning at the end of your stay. There are no extra charges for these services.
- You can park your car close to the hotel: read more about parking
- A cot can be placed on request for a fee; €9,50 per night
- There is an elevator in the hotel
- Dogs and other animals are not allowed
- Spoken languages: Dutch, German and English
Booking conditions
- You may cancel free of charge up to 1 day before the reservation date.
- In case of cancellation within 24 hours before the reservation date or in case you do not show up (no-show) 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
Are you taking your bike with you?
The hotel has a bicycle shed where the bicycles can be stored. There is also the possibility to charge your e-bike batteries in the shed.
