A stay at Hofstede Moesbosch includes all the comforts you would expect. Are you staying at Hofstede Moesbosch in Koudekerke? Read on for some practical information to help you prepare for your stay:

• There is no reception at Hofstede Moesbosch. Hotel Zeeuws Licht takes care of check-in and check-out.
• While making your reservation, you agree to our house rules. Read our house rules here.
• At Hotel Zeeuws Licht, a refundable deposit of €50 (cash) is also collected upon arrival and refunded upon departure.
• You can park your car free of charge in the private parking lot of Hofstede Moesbosch: read more about parking.
• During your stay at Hofstede Moesbosch, you can use the free WiFi network.
  
• On the day of your arrival you can check in from 16:00 hours.
• On the day of departure you can check out until 10:00 am at the latest.
• Dogs are not allowed at Hofstede Moesbosch.
• Languages spoken: Dutch, German, French and English.

Welcome package upon arrival

Upon arrival at Hofstede Moesbosch, the beds are made and you will receive a handy welcome package containing: a tea towel, hand towel, dishcloth, dish brush, dish soap, 1 dishwasher tablet, and 1 Nespresso cup and 1 tea bag per person.

In addition, you will receive one free towel package per person per stay (consisting of one large and one small towel).

If you would like additional items, these are available for purchase at the reception desk of Hotel Zeeuws Licht.

Arrival and departure

In high season, arrival and departure is possible on Monday and Friday all year round. This means you can book the apartments for the period of a week (Mon – Mon or Fri – Fri), midweek (Mon – Fri) and weekend (Fri – Mon). Extending your week stay with a weekend or midweek is also possible.

Good to know: There is no reception. Hotel Zeeuws Licht will take care of check-in and check-out.

Booking conditions

1. If you cancel more than 5 days before arrival date, you can cancel your reservation without any costs.
2. If you cancel less than 5 days before date of arrival, or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
3. Other conditions apply to organising a meeting/outing and hiring this venue completely. Please contact us.

Cancellation service

If you have booked the cancellation service, you can cancel your reservation until 3PM on the day before arrival without giving any reason. This service costs 5% of the nightly rate and does not apply to the 'Non-Refundable' rate. Costs for the cancellation service must be paid immediately and are non-refundable.

If you booked a non refundable rate: This special is non refundable which means that you can not change or cancel the reservation and the amount will be charged from the credit card after you made the reservation.
