Are you staying at Timmerfabriek Apartments in Vlissingen? Read on for some practical information to help you prepare for your stay:

  • During your stay at Timmerfabriek Apartments, you can make free use of our WiFi network.
  • While making your reservation, you agree to our house rules. Read our house rules here.
  • At Timmerfabriek Apartments, dogs are alllowed on request, as we apply a maximum number of dogs per room type. If our maximum has been reached, your request will be rejected. You will be informed of this as soon as possible after completing your booking. If you have any questions about this, please contact our reception. The surcharge is €19,- per dog per night.
  • You can check in from 15.00 on the day of arrival.
  • On the day of departure you can check out until 11:00.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and public areas.
  • Timmerfabriek Apartments offers baby cots. A cot can be placed for a fee; €9,50 per night.
  • There is an elevator in Timmerfabriek Apartments.
  • Timmerfabriek Apartments offers e-bikes, ladies and men's bikes for rent (with 7 gears).

Breakfast

During your stay at Timmerfabriek Apartments, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast every day at Hotel de Timmerfabriek. The breakfast buffet is ready for you in the restaurant from 07:30 to 10:30. In busy times, breakfast will take place in shifts. If this is the case, you will be informed further on the day of arrival.

Cleaning Service

Your loft or apartment in Timmerfabriek Apartments is cleaned weekly and we also take care of the final cleaning at the end of your stay. There are no extra charges for these services.

Booking conditions

  1. If you cancel more than 5 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your reservation without any costs.
  2. If you cancel less than 5 days before the date of arrival, or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellation service

If you have booked the cancellation service, you can cancel your reservation until 3PM on the day before arrival without giving any reason. This service costs 5% of the nightly rate and does not apply to the 'Non-Refundable' rate and not to (group) bookings of 10 or more rooms. Costs for the cancellation service must be paid immediately and are non-refundable.
