Zeeuwse Streken

The name says it all. Restaurant Zeeuwse Streken is a regional product-oriented restaurant with (h)honest local products.

Seafood Basalt

The fish restaurant of Middelburg where everything revolves around passion for fish, delicious wines and the Burgundian lifestyle. Albert and Patricia Minderhoud would like to welcome you to their cozy restaurant Basalt, located in the historic heart of Middelburg. Restaurantje Nummer 7

Restaurantje Nummer 7 is located in a monumental building from the 17th century. This building has been a residential house until 28 years ago where you can still find all the old and monumental aspects of that time. The building has been transformed into a Little Restaurant with an impressive old original wooden floor, ceiling painting and complemented with contemporary items, but the living room feel has been retained. The starting point of this restaurant concept is an evening out with a delicious aperitif, quiet dining and afterwards after dinner with a good digestive. Restaurantje Nummer 7 stands for good honest cuisine and works as much as possible with local and regional products.

Damplein, the most popular square in Middelburg

In the immediate vicinity of Hotel St. Joris there is plenty to explore and taste! Less than a 3-minute walk away is the Damplein. The Damplein is the place in the city center where history and relaxation come together.
