The penthouse consists of 4 floors in the iconic tower of the Timmerfabriek. In the living room there is plenty of space for dining and lounging together. You are surrounded by luxury: designer furniture, a 65-inch flat-screen smart TV, and a stylish kitchen with bar and cooking island, induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, Quooker faucet and Nespresso machine.

Thanks to the meters-high windows and the spacious roof terrace, you will enjoy a phenomenal 360-degree view of the Vlissingen harbor, the Westerschelde, Middelburg and the Dock.

With the spiral staircase you reach all floors of “The Little Tower. The romantic master bedroom with king-size bed is located at the very top, under the roof. The accompanying luxurious bathroom with copper bath offers fantastic views! The other two bedrooms are each on their own floor and both have their own shower and toilet. Here too, thanks to the surrounding windows, you can enjoy spectacular views from every angle.

When the weather is nice, enjoy the fantastic private roof terrace. The large roof terrace has a robust dining table and comfortable lounge beds. That will be hard to choose where to have a drink! As icing on the tower, you will enjoy a luxurious sauna here with a panoramic window and an outdoor shower.
