Hotel Kaap West is looking for motivated colleagues to join our team!

At Hotel Kaap West, no day is the same. You work in the morning, afternoon or evening and meet new guests every day. The vacationers, whom you see coming back regularly, are happy to have a chat with you and tell you how great their stay here is. How nice is that? Together, we make sure that our leisure guests, business guests or that nice group of people who take a spontaneous break at Restaurant Catch during their cycling trip have a great time. Thanks to your attentiveness and personal service, their experience lacks nothing. You can tell by the broad smiles on their faces when you pass by or stand at the table. Who are you?

You are at least 16 years old and can't wait to get started! Naturally you speak Dutch or English and enjoy speaking German. After all, those Deutsche Leute love Zeeland just as much as we do. Do you find speaking German difficult? Don't panic, we'll just teach you! You are a sociable person with a positive mindset. Everyone sees this in you. That broad smile on your face just won't go away. Hospitality has always been in you and you show this all too well to our guests. You are a real team player and enjoy learning new things. You don't shy away from a challenge and like to compete with Leonie, the restaurant manager, to see who sells the most wine or beer.

A few extras about the job:

• It is possible to work either part-time or full-time.
• We follow the HORECA-CAO.
• Are we still super happy with you during the trial period of 1 month? Then we will give you a one-year contract (0-38 hours, negotiable) with a view to...yes...a permanent contract!
• Would you like to work full-time (38 hours) with us? Then you are entitled to 25 vacation days per year. How great is that!
