Practical information

  • During your stay you can use the WiFi network free of charge.
  • You can check in from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
  • You can check out on the day of departure until 11:00 at the latest. Late checkout is possible subject to availability.
  • Early check-in: are you eager to check in? Please call us on the morning of your arrival to find out if early check-in is possible. We will inform you about the possibilities and costs.
  • It is possible to use the digital key through the hotel app.
  • Breakfast is available every day from 08:00 – 11:00.
  • Our suites are suitable for 2 persons. It is not possible to add an extra bed on the suites.
  • There is an elevator in the hotel.
  • Bike rental is possible at the reception.
  • Dogs and other pets are not allowed at the hotel.
  •  The hotel does not have its own parking. You can park your car for free on the transferium (100 metres from the hotel).
  • Languages: Dutch, German and English.

Reservation conditions

  1. If you cancel more than 5 days before arrival date, you can cancel your reservation without any costs.
  2. If you cancel less than 5 days before date of arrival, or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellation service

If you book the cancellation service, you can cancel your reservation up to 1 day before arrival without giving any reason. This service costs 5% of the room price and does not apply to the 'Non-Refundable' rate. Charges for the cancellation service must be paid immediately and are non-refundable.
